To initiate a return, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt. The Sheba Shop reserves the right to deny any return that does not have sufficient proof of purchase.

1.4. Return Process:
Once we receive your return request, we will assess whether the item is eligible for return. If approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the product. The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the cancellation of your return request.

2. Non-Refundable Items

2.2. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. 3. Shipping Costs for Returns

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. The Sheba Shop is not responsible for lost or misdirected return shipments, and we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items without proper tracking.

4. Shipping & Delivery Information

Our standard shipping window is 7 to 14 business days. However, delivery times may vary due to product availability, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Many of our products are made to order, so please allow for this additional lead time when placing your order.

4.2. Expedited Delivery:
In some instances, expedited delivery options of 24 to 48 hours may be available, but this depends on current stock levels and order volume. Expedited delivery is not guaranteed and may not be available for all products or locations.

4.3. Shipping Delays:
Once your order is dispatched, The Sheba Shop is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as courier service issues, weather conditions, or customs delays. Customers are encouraged to track their packages and contact the courier directly for updates once their order has been dispatched.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

5.1. Refund Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Once processed by us, refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5.2. Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted. This may apply to items that are returned with missing packaging or accessories, or items that show slight signs of use that may still be considered acceptable for resale at a reduced value. The final decision on partial refunds rests solely with The Sheba Shop.

5.3. Late or Missing Refunds:

6. Cancellations

6.1. Cancellation Window:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations requested beyond this timeframe will not be processed as the order will already be in the production or shipping phase.

If an order is cancelled after the 24-hour window and production has begun, The Sheba Shop reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order value, depending on the stage of production. This fee covers material and labor costs that have already been incurred.

7. Damage & Defects on Arrival

7.1. Reporting Damage or Defects:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing admin@myshebashop.com with a description of the issue and accompanying photographs of the damage or defect. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in a forfeiture of any replacement or refund rights.

8. Final Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount, during sales, or as part of clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These items are sold as-is, and no exchanges, refunds, or returns will be accepted.

9. Legal Disclaimer

By purchasing from The Sheba Shop, you agree that The Sheba Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to damages for loss of income, business interruption, or loss of information.
